Indian Cuisine is actually very interesting and a lot of people love it. For me though, I don't fancy the taste of its curry although I like curry a lot (like Vietnamese, Indonesian & even Japanese curry!). I found Indian curry a bit over the top for me. The taste is just too strong. Otherwise, Indian Cuisine is actually not bad! Great variety of taste and colors!
