I like adding bacon and an illegal amount of Tabasco to my mac 'n cheese. What are some of your favorite mac 'n cheese toppings? I'm always looking for new things to try!

That sounds delish! I like to mix mine with a bit of turkey and bacon. Then add that to whole wheat shells and mix that with jalapeno jack queso (just a small amount, enough to lightly cover the shells) and then spice it up a bit with Cajun seasoning and red pepper! Try it, you'll love it!:)
