Usually my family likes to make our pizza crust from scratch. However, many nights time is short, and speed and convenience are the deciding factor. That is when we reach for the Mama Mary's Pizza Crusts. We prefer them to the harsher tasting Boboli Crust and with two to a package (in the 12" sizes), they are much more economical. Look for them in your grocer's produce section if you can't find them in the bread isle. They come with a folded plastic bag to store the second crust in if you don't cook both in one sitting. We like the traditional and thin crust varieties best, but there are other options as well. Our family has tried frozen crusts too, but we think Mama Mary's has them beat.
Some tips:
• Use a pizza stone and pre-heat your oven for 30 minutes at 550˚ F for an extra crispy crust • Coat the top of the crust with a think layer of olive oil before baking • Bake just the crust for 4-5 minutes before putting on toppings to keep them fresher and for an even crispier crust
Happy eating!

The cheese calories are probably forbidding. If they make a Focaccia pizza, there are no cheese calories.

But doesn't Focaccia have cheese? That's right, it is an add on, never mind. Mama Mary's does not come pre-loaded with cheese so you can add what you like. Anyway, cheese calories are 'good' calories. I had a doctor assure me of this. :)

Focaccia, if made correctly, has a sauce sprinkled with herbs and seeds. The caloric content should be much lower.
