Outback Steakhouse is an American style cuisine restaurant based out of Tampa, Florida. The chain has over 400 locations in the United States and abroad. Each restaurant specializes in serving USDA certified beef and steaks.

The primary theme of the chain is Aussie. The menu items and restaurant decor have a vivid Australian flair. Menu items include the Bloomin' Onion, Jackaroo Chops, Drover's Platter, Shrimp on the Barbie, and the Mad Max Burger.

Outback Steakhouse is Celiac Friendly!

I've been a fan of Outback Steakhouse for years. Even though I live in Texas, it is still hard to find a decent steak around my house. If I'm not in the mood for beef, I can always go for one of their smothered chicken dishes. No, it's not the healthiest choice, but we all deserve a little treat now and then. Better steak at better restaurants.

I'm not a fan of Outback Steakhouse. Don't get me wrong; whenever you want a consistently decent steak, Outback is a good option. Personally, however, I prefer non-chain steakhouses because they have more character, it seems. I enjoy visiting steakhouses in many cities that reflect the local culture.
