I've been a fan of Outback Steakhouse for years. Even though I live in Texas, it is still hard to find a decent steak around my house. I'm not a fan of Outback Steakhouse. Don't get me wrong; whenever you want a consistently decent steak, Outback is a good option. Personally, however, I prefer non-chain steakhouses because they have more character, it seems. I enjoy visiting steakhouses in many cities that reflect the local culture.
