Being that peanuts are some of the highest offenders with molds and fungi, the best way to have peanuts is actually boiled whole, but like who is going to do THAT unless you are raised in a culture with it? ;) Almond or Cashew butter is a better alternative

Peanut butter should only ever be consumed if it's raw and organic. If it doesn't require going in the fridge, then it's not natural. If it's not raw, it's devoid of enzymes.
