Oh yes!! Great question!!

Here's a fun fact about me-- pizza is my favorite food! I could never ever ever get tired of it. I could eat it every day, hot or cold, new or old (as long as it's not getting fuzzy!). I even got sick once from a pizza eating contest, and I still wasn't soured from future pizza eating experiences.

Ahem...so...back to the question at hand...

I used to prefer original crust...that was until I was introduced to flat bread pizzas. Now, I love thin crusts and flat breads. I've also tried whole wheat pizza crust, and it is absolutely divine. So, I prefer any of those crust styles depending on my mood.

As for pizza toppings, my favorites include tomato, garlic, artichoke hearts, onions (green or red), pineapple, and olives (of course not all on the same pizza!).

Combinations include:

  • Tomato and garlic
  • Tomato, garlic, artichoke hearts, onions
  • Tomato, garlic, onions, and olives
  • Pineapple and olives

I've also started "topping" my pizzas with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Whether or not I add all of this depends on my mood. 95% of the time, though, I do add extra garlic to my pizza. What can I say? I love it!

To be perfectly honest, though, I don't think you can really go wrong with pizza toppings. I love almost all the toppings I've had on pizzas, and I will even try things I don't like to eat if it is put on a pizza.

Love the food, taste, and presentation of pizzas!

I love both thin and deep-dish. My favorite tops would have to be garlic and artichoke hearts!

Toppings: Cheese, pepperoni, and sometimes sausage. Style of crust: Thick and doughy. I've never been into thin-crust pizzas.

Pepperoni with mushrooms! As for style of crust, I'm partial to Chicago-style stuffed crust.

Living in NYC I love the Eggplant Parmesian slices made at my local pizzeria. This is a New York style pizza slice.
