This has been a family favorite for thirty years. College friends and I were served this recipe in New Hampshire while visiting a mutual friend. I have been serving it ever since. It's a good company dinner which never fails to receive praise. They always request the recipe.; I did. This happened last weekend with overnight quests.

All you need is a nice red wine, a tossed salad and fruit and chocolate for dessert and everyone is satisfied.

Oooooh, this sounds yummy. It's not very often that I have pizza with ricotta cheese in it, sounds kind of like a lasagne pizza!

I've been lazy and using @LingEatsCake's recipe for unexpected guest pizza (which is also yummy!), but I might just graduate to making pizza from scratch one of these days. Where can I find the recipe for the basic shortcrust pastry? Thanks for sharing! :)
