The most expensive soup found in many Chinese restaurants in Singapore, Hong Kong & Thailand. It is a delicacy and very popular for Chinese.

Shark Fin Soup is another barbaric tradition that results in the slaughtering of thousands of innocent creatures every year. Sharks, which date from the time of dinosaurs, are killed just for a single part of their body that goes into the soup.
