I've never met a mint tea I didn't like, and this one is among the best (though, in truth there's a convenience factor as well, since it's what starbucks carries). In the past couple of years my cup of refresh tea (actually an herbal blend, not a true tea) has become a daily addiction. It does wonders to settle the stomach - whether from stress or other stomach upset, and tastes great without any sweetener. Plus it's caffeine free which is a necessity for me.
