Oats are naturally gluten-free, so if you're on a gluten-free diet for non-medical reasons, you'll be fine, but if you're highly sensitive and have a medical reason to be on a gluten-free diet, I would avoid it.

I would think that they would state if they were Gluten Free on the package- do you see any mention of Gluten Free on the packaging? If not, it'd be a safe bet that they're not.
