Decadent free range lamb
I am not a big meat eater. When I do eat meat however I prefer organic and free range. Even better if it is from a local farm. You would know why if you watched Food Inc. or read The Omnivore's Dilemma. This Trader Joe's Seasoned Rack of Lamb happened upon my kitchen table compliments of my mother. She knows I like things natural and I am slowly converting her to healthier food as well. Though this is not certified organic meat, it is supposedly free range and without antibiotics/hormones.    …
