Trader Joe's Cheese Curds
I've been seeing these Wisconsin cheddar cheese curds at Trader Joe's for a while now, but I never thought about trying them until I had poutine for the first time recently and learned that they're only made with cheese curds.  Granted poutine is made with white cheddar cheese curds, the orange ones are just as good.      These TJ's cheese curds are the first unprepared cheese curds that I've ever had, so I don't have anything else to guage my rating scale of cheese curds …
