A traditional shortbread cookie made in the shape of the Girl Scout trefoil logo.

Trefoils are Girl Scout cookies that are traditional shortbread cookies baked into the shape of the Girl Scout Trefoil logo.  These cookies come in a blue box.  Little Brownie Bakers calls them Trefoils and ABC Bakers call them Shortbread.
