Finally, a gluten-free bread that tastes like real bread!

If you have tried store-bought gluten-free bread in the past and thought it was like eating a brick, I encourage you give it another chance and try Udi's bread. I had heard about this bread for a while, but was lazy about ordering it online to try it for myself. Turns out I didn't need to wait for the mailman because the bread showed up in Whole Foods and many other natural foods stores faster than I have seen any other gluten-free product enter the market.
