A great breakfast and coffee spot...and they have flowers too

We hit this place at least once a month. The service is kind and friendly even though they are very busy. They have a diverse breakfast menu and they know how to make a coffee. It's a small place with seating inside and out. It get's pretty busy, the best bet is always earlier, but if you have to wait, it's worth it. My go to is the Mexicana with all egg whites and an extra side of salsa. It's served with breakfast potatoes and a salad. … more

Darling with a capital "D"

I loved this place enough to walk 15 blocks three days in a row to have a surprisingly inexpensive and satisfyingly fulfilling breakfast. I suggest you try either the Brioche French or the Croissant Sandwich, both are fantastic. For those of us who are used to waiting in line for a generic cup of rather pedestrian coffee at Starbucks, this is the type of café where you can take the time to enjoy a slow lazy latte with no guilt on a sunny warm Tuesday morning.
