Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time is not only the best TMNT game out there, it is SO much more! The 90's through the very early 2000's were the best years in gaming, and It definitely goes to show. The turtles were "da' bomb" back then and playing this as a kid blew my freaking socks off.
