Pathetic, low-brow and juvenile.

*1/2 out of **** "30 Minutes or Less" is a movie in which a helpless, hapless, lifeless, down-on-his-luck pizza delivery boy makes a delivery to the wrong house. In an instant, he is beaten and knocked unconscious for some time; waking up some time later to a duet of small-time criminals donning ape masks who make him aware of a bomb that they have carefully strapped to his chest.
