I remember seeing this movie around the time it came out and thought it was hilarious. Though after watching the TV show Mr. Bean some years afterward, I found the movie to be a little lackluster since it seems almost like a "Bean's best bits" compilation tied in with a story. However, there are some moments of sheer brilliance that got me laughing like mad, such as the scene where Mr. Bean damages the Whistler's Mother painting.

If you can get this movie cheap or at the local video store, you'll have a good time, though I strongly recommend you watch the Mr. Bean TV series first.
