I was at the site in Nanjing a few years ago. It's a holocaust which the Chinese hated the Japanese to the core. I wasn't born in China and was not from that generation. If I was, I would never have loved Japan the way I do now! Life is a matter of experience, not history, as far as I'm concerned. Still, it is depressing!
