I Like, Darker Than Black Has Lots Of Light

This series has seemed to single handedly bring me back to being an anime addict. Its very original and has so many positives and things that dries anime fans wild. Interesting premise

Darker than Dark is an interesting anime series. Since Hell's Gate and Heaven's Gate opened, strange things have happened, including that now there are people with special powers (levitation, fire, etc). These are contractors. There are also mediums called dolls. Some work for the different governments, other for covert groups. The premise is interesting and the specifics even more so. Hey, you! Contract THIS!

I'm not overly fond of most anime. I find it to be pretentious and confusing, though to be fair the latter is likely caused by the fact that I wasn't raised in Japan, so lots of nuance that would make sense if I had been does not. I've enjoyed some anime ("Star Blazers" and "Project A-ko" both spring to mind), but most just passes me by, including such classics as "Akira".
