Larry the Cable Guy's second film pits him with fellow blue collar comic Bill Engvall and with DJ Qualls, are off to Iraq via Mexico after an accident dumps them off in the middle of nowhere. Keith David and Danny Trejo are here for an easy check. The Boot Camp scene plays like a cheap Police Academy but once Larry and company are where they shouldn't be, it's all fun. This movie is about three dumb guys who get picked by pure dumb luck for a questionable mission under a dumb sergeant. They accidentally get dumped in the wrong place, where they continue to do extremely dumb things, while other actors humiliate themselves and do things that are often embarrassing to the countries and stereotypes they represent.
