A Quick Tip by TheJohn

Larry the Cable Guy's second film pits him with fellow blue collar comic Bill Engvall and with DJ Qualls, are off to Iraq via Mexico after an accident dumps them off in the middle of nowhere. Keith David and Danny Trejo are here for an easy check. The Boot Camp scene plays like a cheap Police Academy but once Larry and company are where they shouldn't be, it's all fun. If you liked Health inspector, it's just as good.

Road to Mexico

No one will ever accuse Larry The Cable Guy of being subtle nor should anyone ever say any film he's ever in is a work of art. Delta Farce is purely what you'd expect a movie to be with this kind of title, silly. Don't even watch this one for fun - from 1 - 5, it's minus one

This movie is about three dumb guys who get picked by pure dumb luck for a questionable mission under a dumb sergeant. They accidentally get dumped in the wrong place, where they continue to do extremely dumb things, while other actors humiliate themselves and do things that are often embarrassing to the countries and stereotypes they represent. Not remotely funny

Larry The Cable Guy is an extremely funny comedian. Bill Engvall is an extremely funny comedian. Keith David is a very talented actor. Danny Trejo is a very talented actor. But put all this talent together with no direction and a choppy script of failed one-liners and you get Delta Farce. Bill, Larry, and Everett (D.J.
