Strange by Japanese standards, this skewed omnibus of satirical, absurdist, musical and animated sketches jointly written and helmed by Shunichiro Miki, Katsuhito Ishii and Hajime Ishimine simulates indecisive television navigation by dint of mixed quality and copious smash cuts.
