Hell of the Living Dead was another in a long line of Italian made zombie movies. DAWN OF THE DEAD was a huge success, so the film makers of Italy wanted to capitalize on it's release. In doing so, they created a whole new genre of horror films (the Italian Zombie Film). The euro-zombie films are different in genre and scope.
