Amos Lassen

"I'll Come Running" focuses on a Texas waitress who meets and hooks up with a Danish tourist. She is shy and in a world of her own while he is full of cynicism. They have a lot of sex in the first few days and then something happens to change their worlds. The waitress makes some hasty decisions and they take her on a trip to Denmark. As often happens, the bad decision making just keeps compounding and, by the end, the entire affair turns into a monumental train wreck. But this was also not a wise decision.
This film is a journey and on that journey our characters discover themselves. The actors are excellent and the plot is full of twists. The dialogue is swift and understandable and the emotions of the film will not only touch you but they will also lift you up. The waitress becomes a new person because of the experience and she learns the difference between passion and sex and love. It is an interesting film and it leaves the viewer with a lot to think about.
