After watching this film, the first thing that came to mind was "Forrest Gump." This silly comedy gives you a fun story that you'd expect from guys like Sandler and Spade, but with this goofy, feel-good storyline. Spade plays "Joe Dirt," a dim-witted, overly positive redneck who tells his story of searching for his lost parents to Dennis Miller, who plays one of those annoying morning DJ-types.
