Ernie and Charlie Borgman board a 29 foot Chinese Junk boat and set sail for a 1627 mile journey through the Inside Passage. The two and a half month journey takes them along the Canadian and Alaskan coast, along the Inside passage and out into the icy waters of the Gulf of Alaska. Through torrents of rain and raging waters, engine trouble and broken masts....the two men come face to face with adventure.

   Junk Dreams is a touching adventure wherein two septuagenarian brothers and a novice cinematographer daughter/niece  set sail on the sea in a Chinese junk boat.      Definitely more about the journey than the details, this film is a delightful view of the resiliency of a generation of men, the bond of love and family, and embracing life and some of the adventures it holds.      The voice quality of the narration is almost too quiet and it …
