Watching this movie is rather like seeing an episode of "Star Trek: Voyager". You know it's going to be fairly bland, fairly dull and fairly uninteresting. You hope there might be a few scenes worth watching, but overall you know you're likelt to forget the movie as soon as you are done with it. Likely you won't think it was good or bad. Patrick Bergin is a dynamic Robin Hood, hitting the mark with the perfect mix of arrogance, compassion, charm and devil-may-care, hell-bent glory-seeking. Sure, there's a list of noble reasons why Robin Hood takes to the forest to fight Norman oppression and protect the unfortunate Saxon serfs from tyranny.
