Scream 4 is a Nice Return For The Franchise

Over a decade ago, director Wes Craven and writer Kevin Williamson breathed new life into what had become a very stagnant horror genre with the release of Scream. Entertaining, nice step-up from the mediocre and underwhelming "Scream 3". I quite liked it.

Scream 4

I loved the first two Screams and I have a soft spot for the third one. But I've finally seen the highly-anticipated fourth one and what do I think? It was actually good. How are the kills, they're plenty creative, even if they are a bit more gory than the other films. How's the acting, it's pretty good. Someone Has Taken Their Love of Franchises One Step Too Far

Star Rating: Cleverness is a double-edged sword, and Kevin Williamson doesn’t seem to understand this. On the one hand, his screenplay for Scream 4 is rife with witty dialogue and a few interesting insights into the horror genre.
