Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein. I know it is campy but it was a lot of fun. The 1931 movie was too flawed. How did Frankenstein and Fritz live in that barren castle? Why would Elizabeth stay with him? How did he know that he would get a lightening strike? As the monster started out from scratch as having the intelligence of a baby, why would it matter if he had a criminal brain? Has it ever been proven that criminal brains are actually different?
