Twitch of the Death Nerve is the granddaddy of all the slasher films.  This is the movie that inspired Friday the 13th and it's numerous copycats. Mario Bava wanted to make a cinema spectacle. 13 deaths staged in front of the camera in a gruesome macabre fashion. The movie revolves around a piece of very expensive real estate and the Family members participating in a bloody melee trying to own the rights of the beautiful and expensive lakeside property.
