Vicious 2003 oh good Lord, WHY?

Pros: ..........

Cons: .............

The Bottom Line: ______________

This is definitely The Blair Witch Project on steroids. What the hell were they thinking?

Mostly I guess they were thinking that they could hustle a few people into buying this movie - not me, I just rented the dang thing. What a loser.

Seriously, it’s another science experiment gone bad, that gig is getting a little lame. On top of that, they couldn’t even afford an entire creature, all they give us are two feet and a noggin. Please, spare me the grief.

And Savini, not only is he creepy to look at but also a lousy actor to boot. And, get this, he’s the one in charge of feeding and caring for this experiment gone bad. Good Lord, I wouldn’t let him care for my ex-mother-in-law!

The main crux of the movie is people wandering aimlessly through the woods and getting attacked by the creature. Either that or Savini smoking cigars and acting cool. Or Savini feeding the creature. Or Savini smoking cigars and acting cool. Or Marines trying to find Savini and/or the creature and kill either/or/both of them. Or Savini smoking cigars and acting cool. See a pattern here?

Sure, this is a low budget piece of crapola, but man, I’ve seen some low budget flicks before and at least they tried. Even those miserable Carnosaur movies by Corman had some style. These guys didn't even put an effort forth, must have been a high school project or something. I’m almost embarrassed for these schlepps but then again, they brought it on themselves.

This was written by Matt Green & Martin Kelley, direction by Matt Green. Don't even ask about the camera work. Come on guys, show some damn pride in your work or stay home with the wife and kiddies and shoot home movies.

What junk!
