This was a very good 2000 ppv and is recomended to your collection.
Rikishi and Too Cool vs. Edge, Christian, Kurt Angle
Not a very good opener. Wasn't very amusing in my opinion and was really not a good match. Of course, some funny moments by Rikishi with the stink face and the dirty dancing by scotty and grand master. Some good moments. But was just no amusing at all.
2.75/5
Triple Threat match for the Eurpean championship
Perry Saturn vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Dean Malenko
Pretty good solid matchup here. Some good highflying moves by all three men and was fast paced. A very dirty moment by Eddie by getting the flower thing and pulling some kind of crow bar out and getting the pin on Malenko.
3/5
No Holds barred/Falls count anywhere
Shane Mcmahon vs. Big Show
What a terrible match. This was slow paced and not falls count anywhere worthy and was dominated until the corperation came in. The only good moments with test pushing a large amp onto big slows leg, and Shane getting the win after smashing a cinderblock on shows head.
2/5
Submission match for the Intercontinental championship
Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit
This is when the ppv really started to pick up. This match is very fast paced, brutal, full of suplexes, submissions, and short. A lot of the matches on this card were short just because of the iorn man match. But this was a very good match with some good moments like a walls-of-jericho type submission on the ropes and jericho passing out after benoit held the cross face for almost a minuet.
4/5
Tables match
The Dudely Boyz vs. DX(Road Dogg and X-Pac)
This was a great buildup for the iorn man match. This match is a match where every table gets set up, someone goes through it. D-Von, Bubba, Dogg, Pac, and even the ref goes through the table this match is so good. The stip to this match was you have to put both of your oponets through seperate tables. And bubba and d-von both get put through tables. Great moment after the match when Brisco gets put through a table for costing the dudelys the match. Very exciting, very good match, and has a lot of joey styles OMG moments.
4.5/5
60 minuet iorn man match for the WWF championship(Shawn Michaels-special guest refree)
Triple H vs. The Rock
Great match. This was the best of their many encounters. This match has everything that you would want to happen in 60 minuets. Like everyone said that anything could happen in 60 minuets, a lot of things did happen in 60 minuets. Like The Rock coming back from being down 2/5, to 5/5, a pedigree on the announce table, a brutal chair shot, and the undertaker returning and clearing house for the game to win the title from the rock by DQ becuase of the undertaker interference. But other than that. This was one of my choices for match of the year in 2000 and is a match worth watching.
5/5
A very good ppv with two five star matches. When i bought this ppv, i loved it and was very happy that it was in my homtown.
