I can appreciate his attempts to keep unemployment down and that no major war occured while in office but with scandal after scandal under his belt, it's a shame that scandals be his legacy.

There is a lot I could say about Clinton and how much I love him... but the main reason is because he's different.  A lot of the US Presidents have made it because they were born into a rich family - a family that was already influential in US politics thus making their involvement that much quicker, that much easier, and that much more probable.    Bill Clinton, however, was not born rich.
