Pros: Feature SpongeBob in cute stickers that are of nice quality.

Cons: Not good for gift bags.

The Bottom Line: These stickers are fun for a SpongeBob fan and can be a nice incentive for good behavior.

If you have a child under the age of ten in your home, you are likely very aware of SpongeBob SquarePants and all of his crazy antics. There is something about this yellow cartoon character that attracts the interest of children. His innocent and crazy personality are traits that make him lovable and enjoyable. This Nickelodeon created character is a favorite of our daughter and traces of him can be found throughout the house. We are currently using a sticker incentive program to aid in potty training and have a number of different patterns available for her to choose from when she has a successful attempt. One set that we recently found and that she takes great enjoyment in receiving are the American Greetings SpongeBob SquarePants Many Moods Stickers. I paid about $1 for 124 individual stickers that came in one pack. Each pack contains two sheets of stickers that hold 62 individual pieces.

The American Greetings SpongeBob SquarePants Many Moods Stickers feature 8 different facial illustration that each reflect a particular mood:  astonished, happy (4 poses), indignant and scared. Each particular expression is featured with SpongeBob facing left and right. Technically, there are 16 varieties to choose from. Each sticker is .25" x .5" and has a flat surface. The entire sticker is primarily done in yellow with the appropriate facial features colored as he is normally depicted. Each variety only features a facial view of SpongeBob.

The American Greetings SpongeBob SquarePants Many Moods Stickers are easy to remove from the wax backing and come off separately.  The stickers have been provided with relatively good glue that will adhere nicely to a smooth surface. If one of the stickers finds their way onto a wall or another surface it was not likely intended for, they do easily come off. The rectangular shape of the sticker itself makes them easy to remove from the wax backing as there are no small ends that can tear when it is being removed. The stickers have been made from a thick stock although it will not take much effort to tear if a person so desires to do so.  The likely hood that these stickers will tear is just as high as most stickers that are available. As the ends of each sticker touch another, it may be hard to separate the sheets into sections if you wanted to divide into multiple groups.

Overall, the American Greetings SpongeBob SquarePants Many Moods Stickers are fun stickers that can be enjoyed by any fan of this yellow character. They work well for an incentive program as well as part of an art project. In general, stickers make for a nice incentive as they are inexpensive and are something that can be displayed to build pride in a good behavior. They will not take up a substantial amount of room and can be placed on paper posted on the wall or in a notebook. If you are looking to separate the sheets into various groups for use in a gift bag, I would not recommend this as each sticker touches at least 2 others along a full edge. As these stickers are bright yellow, they are easily noticed.

These stickers are acid free for all the scrapbookers out there.
