Easy to use! Not happy to have been paying Sprint for 12 years of insurance on my cell and it gets stolen and I still have to pay to get a replacement! Wtf am I paying insurance for then!! 12 years paying that fee I could have bought 6 phone!!!! NOT HAPPY!!-_-
