MY EXPERIENCE WITH ASURION WAS MUCH LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. TRY GIVING SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY A TRY. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS A WILLINGNESS TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
