My Droid X fell and broke. I filed a claim and received a new Droid X. However, the new phone had a few problem, I called Asurion. They shipped another phone to me ASAP. I was very happy with my new replacement phone but I lost it after two weeks. I filed another claim and Asurion replaced it with a better phone. The best part of Asurion are the customer service personnel. They are very courteous and friendly. I am very grateful for the wonderful experience. I will forever be grateful to you.
