As Seen On TV, Makes Silence Golden.

Finally a device that will allow you to bark louder than your dogs and keep them cowering in the corner. Every time that I had seen this on the television they were always a little bit expensive. But, when I was strolling through Walgreens waiting for our prescriptions to be ready. I found this on a shelf all by itself for only 9.99, this did not include a AC adapter.
