Via the Amazon Vine review program, I received the Belkin Keyboard Folio Case with Keyboard for use and review. In my view, it's an OK case with a very good keyboard.
My concern with external keyboards for an iPad (or similar device) is that you often end up feeling like you're relearning how to type. The keys are either ill-placed, the unit flops around, or there's no tactile feedback when you press a key. None of these issues were a problem for me. Granted, I have smaller hands, but I quickly adapted to the placement and the touch-and-feel. In terms of giving me something similar to a laptop experience, this was pretty close. My ZAGGmate is probably still slightly ahead, but it's close.
The case portion of the folio is adequate. It's not as thin and light (as you'd expect) as some cases I've seen and used. There's more bulk due to the stand feature. For keyboard/case combos, I'm still in extreme like with the ZAGGmate shell-like protection, and I'm not sure anything is out there that would top that yet (at least for me). Still, the Belkin provides a decent cover with the necessary features to make the iPad seem more like a laptop.
Overall, I'd call this a good combination cover/case for your iPad. The quality of the keyboard definitely pops it up in terms of usability. I'll probably still be looking for the "perfect" cover and keyboard combination, but the Belkin would do fine for most of my needs.
