My lips are extremely dry in the winter. During these harsh Toronto winter months I've been in dire need of a moisturizing lip balm/treatment... something to give my lips the moisture it's longing for. I have tried many different lip balms/treatments and I must say that Clinique's "Superbalm Lip Treatment" is like Vaseline in a cute little green tube.  I was extremely disappointed with this product.  When you put it on your hand to try it out, it seemed promising. It seems to give you a bit of gloss and it seemed to really "moisturize" that area. Keep in mind the skin on your hand and your lips are very different. What seems great on the back of your hand...well it doesn't't necessarily mean it'll have the same effect on your lips. Your lips are very very thin. Your whole face has about 16 layers of skin whereas your lips only has 3-5 layers hence the need for protection and moisture.

The clinique "super balm treatment" isn't so super in my opinion.  It didn't give me the moisture i wanted and needed.  It made my dry lips drier.  I refuse to spend any money on products that don't work.  I do not recommend this product at all. Save your money for Chapstick instead
