Finally a Decent Bluetooth Headset with a Boom Arm.

Finally found a bluetooth headset with a boom arm microphone that I like. Other ones I have seen are extremely large and look awkward to wear. I prefer boom arm microphones rather than the ones that the mic is part on the unit and sits on your cheek closer to your ear. It has been my experience that bluetooth microphones that sit back further from your mouth seem to pick up a lot of background noise and your voice does not transmit as clearly. Very good sound quality and decent physical balance

I don't know how common this is, but tend to prefer wired earbuds with a built-in microphone with my iPhone over a wireless Bluetooth earpiece (I endorse the V-MODA Vibe II Earbud Headset with Microphone, by the way). But I had a pretty good experience testing out this Etymotic Research headset.
