I was really looking forward to trying out this chair. It seemed very well designed, sturdy, elegant, and relatively affordable compared to similar office chairs. Unfortunately, when I tried to assemble it it had one major flaw: NONE OF THE SCREWS WERE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE!!! I looked and looked, upturning every single piece of packaging, but it was not to be: my poor chair was to remain dismembered and forlorn in the empty corner of my home office. I've tried several office chairs for my home office over the years, and have in general had mixed results. Some of the cheaper ones tend to lose the seat support rather quickly, and don't feel comfortable enough for extended hours of sitting. The higher end ones seem very well designed and comfortable, but most of them are well beyond my budget. So I was really excited to try out the HON chair, and so far my impressions have been largely positive. It has become the office chair of choice for me. …
