Frustrating. If my hair didn't smell vaguely of chemicals and feel weighed down, I'd have no idea that I just colored my hair. It looks no different whatsoever from what it looked like before I colored it.

I'm not looking for gray coverage; I already have dark brown hair, and just wanted what the box promised: shiny, brighter hair. I looked at the "before" and "after" photo and that's just what I wanted... but did not get.

The two stars are only because it didn't stain my skin, and I like that it has no ammonia in it. Aside from that, my hair does not look any shinier or brighter, and in fact, currently looks a little less healthy (though I hope that's just from the conditioner).
