Disposable Nursing Pads are Just O.K.

I've heard good things about the Lansinoh brand, so in preparing for becoming a nursing mother I pruchased the Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads. I wasn't really sure what to expect in a nursing pad, and wasn't too happy about having to wear pads on my boobs anyway, but these will do... for now. The nursing pads have a fairly soft cottony material on the side that protects the breast and a soft plastic material with a small adhesive strip that sticks to the bra. … more

They do a decent job of absorbing let-down milk, but they're not totally comfortable and don't stay in place
