Another Winner From Sharpie

I was skeptical about these retractable highlighters. I was worried that they would evaporate more quickly than 'regular' ones with a cap. Nice surprise! They work perfectly, have brilliant colors that don;t seem to fade and they don;t dry out any faster than a capped highlighter. I love them and I am happy to have a greater choice of highlighter colors to choose from! Because of the shape of the point one can get a fine, thin line or a broad swath of color. Another great product from Sharpie!

Sharpie Retractable Highlighters

As others have noted, the tips of these highlighters are not very wide. If you like to underline words/passages with highlighters, these are useful. If you like to highlight the words themselves in sentences or paragraphs, you won't like these. Reason being that it'll take you two to three swipes, due to the angle of the tip, to get one whole line highlighted by which point the 'no smearing' is forgotten. Retractable is nice but doesn't help with the actual highlighting.
