Has anyone had trouble with the color bleaching out of their towels? I used a sage green Simply Vera washcloth to wash my face and the cleanser stripped the color right out of it. I love the look and feel of these towels, but I think I need to return all 8 sets. I've use this cleanser on all of my "cheap" towels and have never had a similar problem. Any thoughts?

I have 2 of the Simply Vera towel and washcloth sets. One is a deep terra cotta and one is sort of a cornflower blue. I got mine at Kohl's and have had very little trouble with the color bleaching out of them, even as deep/rich colors as they are. I use Clorox 2 color-safe bleach with Wisk laundry detergent and Downy fabric softener.

That sucks! I'm sorry to hear that. I've never tried her towels but, if you're having that issue, I would suggest returning them for another set. It's not like your going to change cleansers just for a towel! It could just be a simple explanation of chemicals not meshing well together. If your cleanser has peroxide in it, that could be the culprit!
