I'm always ready for a romp through Florida with Serge and Coleman leaving a trail of mayhem and madness behind them. Tim Dorsey's latest Storms novel is The Riptide Ultra-Glide, and it's typical Dorsey craziness in terms of plot and twists.      As usual, there are multiple plot lines swirling and intersecting at random and bizarre moments.
