I was a little doubtful about trying such a "costly" product that claims to clean and condition your hair all in on. States it will transform your hair back to health from over-processing and heat damaged. Well trying and seeing is believing! This product is wonderful. I straighten my hair with Coppolla Keratin Complex Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment and I can only use sulfate-free shampoos since regular shampoos can strip my hair of color dyes, natural oils and keratin. Unlike typical shampoos, WEN does not create a luscious lather, instead you have to keep adding water to distribute the product throughout your hair. It glides on smoothly, has a pleasant scent, and makes your head feel "tingly" (kinda like a York Peppermint Patty). My hair comes out feeling soft, shiny and healthy looking - and that was only after one use, imagine what it is going to do with repeated uses.

Excellent product and worth every cent!
