About this public figure

Wiki

Arthur Rackham was an influential artist and illustrator, whose works during the early 20th century are very gothic and evocative of classical European mythology and folklore. His art was immaculately detailed and was both eerie and beautiful. He typically illustrated children's literature and books of Norse mythology, but he also illustrated an edition of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol.
Though Rackham died in 1939, his artwork is still highly collectible and inspires legions of artists and illustrators today.

Here is a list of books that he illustrated:

Rhinegold and the Valkyrie
The Ring of the Nibelung
Twilight of the Gods

Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens
A Midsummer Night's Dream
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
Gulliver's Travels
The Legend of Sleepy Hollow
The Wind in the Willows
Mother Goose's Nursery Rhymes
Undine
Cinderella
Sleeping Beauty
