I was a fan of Qdoba back in the day before Jack-in-the-Box bought them and they still had mole burritos. Then I switched my allegiance to Chipotle. Why Unique: The most unique thing they do is the freshly made tortillas. They make both flour and corn right in front of you. Also, when they prepare their burritos and tacos they toast the tortillas so it's crispy almost like a quesadilla. Compared to other Burrito joints in the area, Chipotle, Q'doba, Pachange, Baja Fresh, and even Cozumel's this place has the best tortillas hands down. They are made fresh on the spot and unlike the other place they are definitely tasty. The one thing to note about this place is the effort required to place an order. It's not just one and done. Delicious homemade flour tortillas that will have you coming back for more! Shredded Chix tacos are my go to...they melt the cheese on the tortilla so they are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside.
